These terms apply to this website, to the free Beginner Trading Program, and to the Telegram and WhatsApp communities operated by KingETC Kingdom. By using the site or joining a community, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or join.
KingETC Kingdom provides trading education. That includes a live beginner class, a beginner trading course, a risk management walkthrough, a setup guide, community support, and trade setups shared inside our community.
We are an educational provider. We are not a broker, a bank, a fund manager or a licensed financial adviser. We do not hold your money, we do not have access to your trading account, and we never trade on your behalf.
Everything we publish, teach or post, including any trade setup, signal, chart, opinion or market update, is general educational information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It does not take account of your personal circumstances, income or risk tolerance.
Every trading decision you make is your own. If you need advice tailored to your situation, speak to a licensed financial adviser.
Trading synthetic indices and other leveraged derivative products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your invested capital. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains. A majority of retail traders lose money.
You should only trade with money you can genuinely afford to lose. Never borrow money to trade, and never trade money you need for rent, food, school fees, medical costs or debt repayment. We strongly recommend practising on a demo account before risking real funds.
We make no promise, projection or guarantee of any income, profit or trading outcome. Any results shown on our website or inside our communities, including screenshots shared by students, are the individual experiences of specific people at specific times. They are not typical, they are not a prediction of your results, and they should not be relied on as such.
Past performance does not indicate future results. Your outcome depends on your own capital, discipline, risk management, market conditions and factors outside anyone's control.
KingETC Kingdom is a Deriv partner. The program is offered free of charge on the basis that you open your Deriv account through our partner link. Deriv may pay us a commission arising from that partnership, at no additional cost to you. That commission is what funds the class, the course and the community.
We are independent of Deriv. We do not speak for Deriv, we do not control Deriv's platform, pricing, spreads, execution, deposits or withdrawals, and we are not responsible for them. Your account with Deriv is governed by Deriv's own terms and conditions, which you should read before opening an account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, join our communities or open a trading account. You are responsible for checking that trading these products is lawful where you live and for complying with your local laws and tax obligations.

We may remove any member at any time, with or without notice, for breaking these rules or for any conduct that harms the community. Access is a privilege, not a purchased right.
All course material, written content, videos, graphics and analysis produced by KingETC Kingdom remain our property. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, republish, share outside the community or create derivative products from them without our written permission.
We aim to run classes and keep the community active, but we do not guarantee that the website, any class, any community or any particular feature will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the program at any time. Third party platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Netlify and Deriv are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KingETC Kingdom and anyone associated with it will not be liable for any trading loss or for any indirect, incidental, consequential or financial loss arising from your use of this site, our educational material, our communities, any setup we share, or any third party platform.
You accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions and their consequences. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This site and our communities contain links to third parties including Deriv, Telegram and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, their practices or their policies. Their terms apply when you use them.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site or remain in a community after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
